On the morning of 19th February, Junior High Division of the east campus convened the new semester Teaching& Research Working Conference, which includes two parts. First of all, heads of teaching& research group and lesson preparation group leaders held a meeting in the high school merging clasroom. Second of all, group leaders conducted seminars respectively.
Principal Assistant& Director of Junior High Section Mr. Ling Qian chaired the meeting and issued a keynote speech.
In the first place, Principal Assistant Ling arranged routine work and activities in Junior High Department. He demanded that group leaders should guide group members to formulate teaching progress, teaching& research plans as well as lesson preparation schedules.
In the second place, Principal Assistant LIng stressed the importance of lesson preparation system. Also, teaching& research programs of this term should focus not only on regular routines but also innovative activities to diversify teaching& research work.
In the third place, Mr. Ling elaborated central points on graduating classes, such as inspection on test papers in High School Entrance Examination of the previous five years, reading up of Curriculum Standards, highlight of training& feedback in addition to interviews and reviews& seminars with graducating class teachers.
After the conference, panel discussions were implemented in each assembly room as scheduled, hosted by heads of teaching& reaseach group and lesson preparation group.
Overall, this convention pointed out clearly directions for teaching& research work in the second semster. We firmly believe that Junior High Section’s teaching& research work shall be efficient and pragmatic.
